The IMMpact Training Program

IMMPact: Impact Measurement Training

Villgro’s experience working with early-stage enterprises, combined with available research findings, shows that one of the largest gaps that remain in support of social enterprises is in developing capacity to consistently and efficiently measure and manage impact (GIIN, 2020). At Villgro we have closely understood the challenges in implementing effective Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) across enterprises of different stages and impact areas.

By partnering with leading researchers from University of Chicago Booth School of Business and Harvard Business School (HBS), we are creating a first of its kind Impact Measurement and Management Training Program, specifically designed to help early and growth-stage enterprises in India, better measure their impact, do better business, and access a select group of leading impact investors. Thus, closing this very important gap in impact entrepreneurship today.

Problem Statements

Both investors and entrepreneurs face large uncertainty over how to measure and manage impact, with few to no standardized tools or guidelines available
